The Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating 83-year-old Bonny Dumond. She was last seen June 14, around 7 p.m., in the area of Niki Court and Holli Loop in Edgewood.
Dumond lives near Chillili, just a seven minute drive from her last known location in Edgewood. Dumond lives alone.
“We don’t have anything to indicate a medical issue. She left her friend’s house Friday, June 14 and was supposed to go home, but never made it there,” said BCSO Sgt. Autumn Neas. “We’ve deployed drones and state police has offered air support. We’ve also looked her on foot.”
BCSO said Dumond is known for having a reliable schedule and does not have a history of leaving without notice.
Police believe Dumond is driving her 2022 Ford EcoSport bearing NM Chili license plate AJRT16. Due to her prolonged absence and medical diagnosis law enforcement is concerned for her safety.
