I very strongly am opposed to Campbell Farming Corporation’s application to the Town of Edgewood to modify the 2002 Campbell Ranch Master Plan through the Minor Subdivision process for the Campbell Ranch Property.  A Minor Subdivision is inconsistent with the current 2019 Subdivision Ordinance!   And, we all know that this will be a Major Subdivision in the end!  This would be the first phase of many.

As a stakeholder, I will be aggrieved and literally harmed because Campbell Farming Corporation shows no accountability to address the real concerns that his string of minor subdivisions would create for critical services like water, wastewater, fire, police, noise, disturbance of wildlife, traffic, and school overcrowding as a result of their proposal.  Their previous request for a Major Subdivision in their Master Plan was soundly denied based on these factors.  There is no aggregate difference this time!!

In addition, Campbell Farming Corporation’s attempt to use an out-of-compliance 1999 Subdivision Ordinance reflects their high-handedness to circumvent due process.

I’m appealing to the Town of Edgewood and Planning and Zoning to dismiss this end-run Minor Subdivision process request immediately.
