Voters will vote for a new president, a United States senator and two representatives and several state representatives and senators, among other local positions in the 2024 general election. Here’s everything you need to know ahead of Nov. 5.

You can register to vote or verify your registration is up-to-date by visiting nmvote.org. Same-day registration is available at every polling location.
When, where and how can I vote?
Early voting at the Torrance County Clerk’s Office (205 S. 9th St., Estancia, 87106) began Oct. 8, continues Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and ends with one Saturday voting opportunity Nov. 2 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Additional early voting is available starting Saturday, Oct. 19 at the Moriarty Civic Center from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday until Nov. 2.

- Willard Community Center (520 N. Becker Ave.)

- Encino Community Center (427 B North Main Street)
- McIntosh Senior Center (16 Willow Lake Rd.)
- Moriarty/Edgewood Admin Building (2422 US Route 66, Moriarty)
- Manzano Community Center (04 Community Center Rd.)
- Tajique Community Center (8636 Highway 55)
- Edgewood Fire Station (1 Municipal Way)
- Tijeras City Hall (12 Camino Municipal)
The option to request an absentee ballot is also available until Oct. 22. To request one, go to the New Mexico Secretary of State Voter Services website. All ballots must be returned to either the County Clerk’s Office or an Election Day polling location before 7 p.m. on Election Day. If you are mailing your ballot, plan accordingly.
