Bernalillo County supports local nonprofit organizations that seek capital outlay funding from the State of New Mexico. Organizations’ projects are vetted in an annual request for proposal. Requests are limited to Bernalillo County purchasing capital items on behalf of the nonprofit, and in exchange, the nonprofit provides services in lieu of payment. To learn more about nonprofit organizations and capital outlay, click here.
